The Advanced Karate Class is more an advanced training session for the squad who compete, although you can still take part, even if you do not compete in tournaments.

The class undertakes a more gruelling fitness routine and advanced training sessions so its not for the faint hearted, but even if you don't compete, its a fantastic way to keep in shape.
